About the role

  • Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Paradox at Workday, managing daily administrative needs and facilitating communication. Proactively handles scheduling, travel, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and anticipate the executive's daily needs, including complex calendar management, meeting confirmations, expense reporting, and ad-hoc requests
  • Serve as a key point of contact, expertly managing and prioritizing communication with employees at all levels, other executives, and external partners
  • Seamlessly plan and book domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations
  • Track and drive the completion of critical tasks and projects, following up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met
  • Act as a forward-thinking problem solver who takes initiative with minimal direction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience
  • Experience working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Slack
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the utmost integrity
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently with general direction and guidance
  • High attention to detail to publish meeting agendas, take, and distribute notes, and follow up on action items
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
