Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of up to 10 Account Executives, throughout out The Benelux and Italy, ensuring consistent execution and professional growth.
Carry both an individual quota and the team quota for the Italian and Benelux market, driving strategic deals while supporting your team’s success.
Ensure alignment and cooperation the account executives of the Libra team and the local business units Benelux and Italy
Partner with Sales Operations, management, Finance, Local Customer Success and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Define and execute regional sales strategies together with the Head of Sales of Libra and the local business units. Including regular account planning, and pipeline management.
Monitor KPIs, forecast accurately, and implement best practices for deal qualification and progression.
Collaborate with Legal Engineering and Marketing to deliver impactful demos, pilots, and tailored AI workflows.
Share insights from the field to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Foster a high-trust, high-performance environment focused on results and continuous learning.
Monitor KPIs across acquisition, activation, and retention — and translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements
6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise sales teams
Proven success in exceeding quotas and leading teams to achieve ambitious targets
Strong experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and strategic account planning
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent in a fast-paced environment
Confidence engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or professional services
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and structured with a passion for building and scaling
Native-level Dutch and or French and fluent English, Italian is a bonus
