About the role

  • Customer Support Representative assisting clients with Wolters Kluwer software solutions. Focused on providing support to tax consultants and developing user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for our customers, answering user questions — by phone and in writing — about our modern software solutions.
  • Support tax consultants in using our tax software and provide them with confidence when working with our products.
  • Independently develop solution proposals to make using our systems easier and more efficient, working closely with teams from Sales, Software Development and Product Management.
  • Document customer contacts and error reports to help continuously improve our quality.
  • Create helpful FAQs and online tutorials as needed to make our customers' daily work easier.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training — for example as a tax clerk or certified accounting specialist.
  • Open to career changers who have gained tax knowledge through practical professional experience, e.g., in a tax office.
  • Tax knowledge, particularly for preparing tax returns.
  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Communicative, service-oriented and enjoy helping people.
  • Comfortable with technology and IT — enjoy learning new things and using modern tools.
  • Team player: you appreciate an environment where colleagues support each other and celebrate success together.
