About the role

  • Flight Support Agent taking care of operational aspects of logistics and ground services for flights. Managing ground arrangements and collaborating with aviation partners in a pivotal role.

Responsibilities

  • The Flight Support Agent's main role is to take care of all the operational aspects of logistics and ground services of each flight
  • Maintaining and updating Global View platform – Vista’s proprietary Operations systems
  • Arranging Ground Handling services, airport slots, and fuel for all flights as required by established procedures
  • Liaising with external providers concerning any ground services arrangements or operational requirements
  • Requesting overflight and landing permits for all flights
  • Submitting flight, crew and passenger information to customs and border agencies
  • Provide the most accurate information on the status of flights during the planning stage
  • Liaise and coordinate directly with the operating partners’ Tactical Controllers

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of the Business Aviation environment ideally in Ground Operations, Flight Dispatch, or Flight Planning
  • Excellent English language skills that will enable you to communicate clearly with your stakeholders
  • Able to maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Deliver punctually even when working under pressure
