Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to customers by addressing inquiries and requests
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customers' concerns
  • Build rapport with customers and maintain lasting relationships
  • Meet or exceed call center metrics and provide excellent customer service
  • Engage with customers to assess needs and make sales recommendations
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Legally eligible to work in the US
  • Advanced degree or relevant sales certifications preferred
  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for CRM or similar software systems
