  • Customer Care Representative providing outstanding service to customers by responding to inbound inquiries. Engaging with customers and utilizing software tools to resolve issues and provide accurate responses.

Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding service to customers by responding to inbound customer calls, inquiries, and requests
  • Actively engages customers to ensure understanding and provide accurate responses
  • Utilizes software, databases, and tools appropriately when addressing various topics presented by customers
  • Builds rapport with customers and relationships with call center team members
  • Assesses customer needs and makes sales recommendations
  • Participates in training and learning opportunities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of customer service or inside sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
  • Legally eligible to work in the US
  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic for CRM or similar software systems
