Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day billing operations and supporting the team
Lead and develop the team through the transformation to an agent-based, AI-supported way of working
Maintain collaboration with key account customers
Establish quality and communication standards for customer interactions
Serve as the point of contact for product management on optimizing billing processes and identifying market opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience with energy cost billing for real estate, and ideally with ZEV electricity billing (collective self-consumption)
Interest in applying AI tools and agents
Customer focus and efficient organization of customer service for a technology platform
