About the role

  • Senior Manager owning all aspects of Open Market Residential sales and marketing projects. Aiming to grow and retain OMR customer base while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own all facets of the Market Area Open Market Residential (OMR) Line of business
  • Identify, build, implement, and manage sales and marketing projects to grow and retain OMR customer base
  • Meet assigned sales growth targets for OMR
  • Drive communication and accountability of OMR inside the Customer Experience department
  • Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to customer late and non-payment of invoices
  • Collaborate with Pricing department on growth strategies
  • Manage marketing spend budget and track returns from all campaigns
  • Establish high level communication with Public Sector Director and Sr. District Managers
  • Travel when needed for internal meetings or projects across the Market Area, up to 15% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • Seven (7) years of prior work experience in Sales Management or Operations
  • At least two (2) years of Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing experience
  • At least four (4) years of sales experience or relevant experience where you were accountable to sales targets.
