Responsibilities
Own all facets of the Market Area Open Market Residential (OMR) Line of business
Identify, build, implement, and manage sales and marketing projects to grow and retain OMR customer base
Meet assigned sales growth targets for OMR
Drive communication and accountability of OMR inside the Customer Experience department
Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to customer late and non-payment of invoices
Collaborate with Pricing department on growth strategies
Manage marketing spend budget and track returns from all campaigns
Establish high level communication with Public Sector Director and Sr. District Managers
Travel when needed for internal meetings or projects across the Market Area, up to 15% of the time.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or High School Diploma/GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience
Seven (7) years of prior work experience in Sales Management or Operations
At least two (2) years of Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing experience
At least four (4) years of sales experience or relevant experience where you were accountable to sales targets.
