About the role

  • Senior Account Executive responsible for prospecting new customers and managing existing accounts in North America's largest waste management company. Focused on achieving budgeted sales goals and developing retention strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining and growing billable value in assigned accounts
  • Prevent customer account losses and grow by selling permanent new waste streams, new services, and new products
  • Manage prospects and maintain sales pipeline to achieve new sales goals
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Propose customer solutions that comply with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relative work experience
  • 4 years of work experience in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone-based business-to-business prospecting resulting in successfully obtaining customer appointments
