About the role

  • Retention Account Associate managing customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls. Resolving issues and retaining customers while upselling services.

Responsibilities

  • Become a retention expert by handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolve customer issues and secure updated service level agreements
  • Utilize new technology for outreach process
  • Learn effective negotiation techniques to retain customers and upsell new business
  • Maintain a net positive business performance through proactive outreach and management of call requests

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 1 year Business-to-business account management, inside sales (phone based sales), and/or customer service experience that includes a sales component
