About the role

  • CSR for WM processing calls and emails from AYD participants. Communicating guidelines and scheduling waste pickups.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process calls and/or e-mails from AYD participants
  • Communicate program guidelines
  • Schedule pickup services for eligible participants
  • Creatively solve problems and resolve customer service issues
  • Collaborate with team to meet overall call center objectives
  • Package and mail kits to participants

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a WM customer service or call center environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle stress of multi-tasking
  • Experience using a CRM system
