Responsibilities
New customer acquisition: You acquire new clients through various channels (events, trade shows, personal contacts, website, LinkedIn, newsletters)
Mailings and follow-up activities: You implement campaigns, follow up leads by phone, and document everything in the sales system (currently MS Teams)
Conducting meetings: You support initial and follow-up meetings together with our consultants through to project completion
Developing campaigns: Together with our specialists you define industry focus, pain points, and appropriate sales channels
Supporting colleagues: You provide feedback on sales materials and help bring discussions to a successful close
Customer account management: You identify cross- and up-selling opportunities and build long-term relationships
Requirements
You have experience in sales and new customer acquisition, ideally in a B2B environment or in the services sector
You demonstrate initiative, are proactive, and actively help shape processes
You are a strong communicator, sociable, and enjoy networking
You work in a structured, independent manner and organize your responsibilities autonomously
You are authentic, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your tasks
You are confident using digital tools (e.g., MS Office)
