About the role

  • Digital Sales Manager engaging customers in digital sales channels and improving their eCommerce experience. Guiding clients through the entire webshop process with focus on efficiency and service.

Responsibilities

  • Active customer engagement in the digital sales channel
  • Guiding customers through the entire webshop process
  • Preparing and sending digital quotes
  • Ensuring smooth order processing
  • Analyzing customer and market feedback to drive improvements
  • Assessing and forwarding potential new customer leads

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in eCommerce)
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in digital sales or eCommerce
  • Efficient and transparent collaboration within hybrid teams
  • High motivation and strong communication skills
  • Service-oriented, friendly and solution-focused
  • Strong digital affinity and a desire to actively shape processes
