Responsibilities
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial nacional
Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones con clientes clave, incluidos distribuidores y tiendas por departamentos
Negociar acuerdos estratégicos que aumenten la visibilidad de la marca, rentabilidad y expansión en el mercado
Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de ventas, asegurando un enfoque orientado a resultados y excelencia operativa
Participar activamente en los procesos de presupuestación, incluida la preparación de estimaciones mensuales y anuales, así como pronósticos de ventas
Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de Marketing, Operaciones, Finanzas, Legal y Recursos Humanos, asegurando una ejecución integral alineada con la estrategia de la filial
Impulsar el crecimiento con una fuerte orientación a resultados en el punto de venta
Requirements
Fuerte conocimiento del mercado mexicano y sus canales de distribución (distribuidores, retail)
Capacidad probada en planificación financiera, gestión de presupuestos y previsión
Liderazgo inspirador, sólidas habilidades de negociación y visión estratégica
Alta orientación a resultados y enfoque en la excelencia en la ejecución
