Drive OEM sales across Czechia, Eastern Europe and the Balkan region with a strong hunter mentality
Leverage a solid technical background to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Utilize deep knowledge of market dynamics, business models, and OEM ecosystems to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key OEM clients
Use your established network to accelerate business development and strengthen market presence
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from development to delivery
Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through a customer-centric approach
Proactively identify high-potential growth areas and convert opportunities into new client relationships
Drive business development by targeting untapped markets and expanding our footprint
Requirements
Fundamental experience in OEM Sales
Demonstrated hunter mentality and drive for results
Strong business development and negotiation skills
Technical understanding in Energy context and Applications
Willingness to travel extensively across the CEE and the Balkan region
Multilingual proficiency (English and preferably Czech, or other)
