Responsibilities
You will take on the technical leadership of the Sales Service team in Garching and actively promote its further development toward project sales.
You will analyze existing Sales Service workflows and identify targeted optimization potentials.
You will develop and implement standards and efficient structures to sustainably improve processes.
You will work closely with our LEDVANCE Business Service team in Slovakia and support further development in the areas of Customer Service and Front Desk.
You will be responsible for regular exchanges regarding knowledge transfer, deepening expertise and optimizing the handling of customer inquiries.
You will conduct recruiting, employee and development discussions with tact and clarity.
You will support your team with your solid operational experience in day-to-day business, customer inquiries, tendering as well as in implementing lighting design and technical lighting consultation in coordination with the field sales team.
You will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of projects and ensure clear structures and smooth processes.
Together with us you will drive digitalization at LEDVANCE. In doing so, you will provide important impulses for tools used in the Sales Service area, future IT solutions or, for example, AI applications.
Requirements
You have completed a degree or a qualified vocational training, ideally with a technical focus.
You have several years of professional experience in sales or in a sales-supporting function with a deep understanding of lighting technology and bring extensive experience within the lighting industry.
Good product knowledge (including market and pricing structures in Germany) as well as basic commercial knowledge round off your profile.
You are characterized by an independent and team-oriented way of working.
You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a strong customer orientation and good analytical skills.
