Responsibilities
New customer acquisition: You win new customers through various channels (events, trade shows, personal contacts, website, LinkedIn, newsletter)
Mailings and follow-up actions: You implement campaigns, follow up leads by phone, and document everything in the sales system (currently MS Teams)
Conducting conversations: You support initial and follow-up meetings together with our consultants up to project closure
Developing campaigns: Together with our subject-matter colleagues you define industry focus, pain points, and suitable sales channels
Supporting colleagues: You provide feedback on sales materials and help bring conversations to a successful close
Existing account management: You identify cross- and upselling opportunities and build long-term relationships
Requirements
You have experience in sales and customer acquisition, ideally in a B2B environment or the services sector
You demonstrate initiative, are proactive, and contribute actively to shaping processes
You are strong in communication, enjoy interacting with people, and like networking
You work in a structured, independent way and organize your tasks responsibly
You are authentic, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your tasks
You are confident in using digital tools (e.g., MS Office)
