Responsibilities
Act as a trusted resource for championing new and existing tools, including innovative AI solutions.
Accountable for owning knowledge management of all sales processes and tools, ensuring information is clear, accessible and impactful.
Lead strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the Sales Enablement Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Deliver structured support to Sales and business partners through proactive communication, best practice sharing and seamless coordination of meetings.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of related experience in sales operations and/or financial services.
CRM experience required.
Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite, including Excel.
Bilingualism in French/English, written and verbal, is an asset.
