About the role

  • Sales representative managing and advising regional clients while acquiring new customers in automotive parts. Driving active sales and optimizing sales processes in the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle segments
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments and visits
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Perform needs and potential analyses (Customer 360 analysis tool)
  • Responsible for sales and profitability
  • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Valid driving licence class B (or former class 3)
