About the role
- Serves as a contact between customers and management overseeing parking regulations in Hamburg area. Responsible for ensuring compliance with parking orders and assisting new employees.
Responsibilities
- You are the link between our customers and the regional management
- As the on-site contact person, you are available to parking users and our clients
- You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance
- You monitor compliance with posted parking regulations
- You document violations when parking rules are disregarded
- On site, you check signage for stability and condition and inspect consumable supplies in the stores, replenishing them as needed
- You support new employees during their onboarding
Requirements
- Driving license class B
- Willingness to work shifts Monday to Saturday as part of a 40-hour week
- Good German language skills
- Strong smartphone proficiency
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Independent, responsible, and conscientious work style
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
- Experience in security roles (e.g., security officer, security services, certified protection and security specialist), or experience in airport, retail, freight/shipping, logistics, as a parcel/courier/delivery driver, service staff, or driver
