About the role

  • Field Sales Representative managing regional customer base and acquiring new clients in the automotive sector. Engaging in sales activities and optimizing existing sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car sector
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Actively sell the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 (analytics tool))
  • Responsibility for sales and profitability
  • Participation in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Good written and verbal German language skills
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Driver’s license class B (or class 3)
