About the role

  • Sales Representative for workshop equipment providing on-site consultations and device demonstrations. Responsible for customer acquisition and sales negotiations in the automotive parts industry.

Responsibilities

  • Advise, demonstrate and sell workshop equipment and tools, as well as provide instruction and commissioning at the customer’s site
  • New customer acquisition
  • Lead negotiations to successfully close sales
  • Monitor the market and conduct competitor analysis
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 evaluation tool)
  • Responsibility for revenue and profitability
  • Participation in WM workshop trade shows

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Several years of professional experience in automotive parts wholesale with customer contact is an advantage
  • Excellent product knowledge in the field of workshop equipment
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license (Class B / former Class 3)
