Responsibilities
Independently perform maintenance, repair and commissioning work at our customers’ sites
Diagnose faults and resolve malfunctions on machines and systems directly at customer locations
Provide technical advice, instruction and training to users on the operation of our products
Document service calls and maintain customer records in the internal system
Work closely with technical customer service and other specialist departments
Field service work – primarily in Germany, occasionally international
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification)
Professional experience in technical service, maintenance, or upkeep of machines and systems
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
High willingness to travel, flexibility and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Driver’s license (Class B)
