About the role

  • Service Technician responsible for maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer sites. Joining Fischer Panda's team providing energy solutions with nearly 50 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Independently perform maintenance, repair and commissioning work at our customers’ sites
  • Diagnose faults and resolve malfunctions on machines and systems directly at customer locations
  • Provide technical advice, instruction and training to users on the operation of our products
  • Document service calls and maintain customer records in the internal system
  • Work closely with technical customer service and other specialist departments
  • Field service work – primarily in Germany, occasionally international

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification)
  • Professional experience in technical service, maintenance, or upkeep of machines and systems
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • High willingness to travel, flexibility and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
