Responsibilities
Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers
Introduce, present and sell new products and process innovations in the paints/coatings area
Independently plan and conduct customer appointments and on-site visits
Conduct market monitoring and competitor analyses
Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
Responsible for sales and profitability
Participate in WM workshop trade shows
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the paints/coatings industry
Field sales experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
Understanding of market and customer needs
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach with a consistently friendly and professional manner
Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
Good written and spoken German
Proficient in MS Office applications
Class B driving licence (formerly Class 3)
