About the role

  • Sales representative managing existing regional customer base and acquiring new customers for automotive parts. Planning and conducting customer appointments with a focus on sales and market analysis in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers in the passenger car segment
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Active sales of the product range
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Support sales and customer events
  • Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 (analysis tool))
  • Revenue and profitability responsibility
  • Participation in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
