About the role

  • Sales representative managing customer relationships in automotive paint industry. Responsible for sales, customer consultations, and market analysis in a regional territory.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and advising an existing regional customer base and acquiring new customers
  • Introducing, presenting, and selling new products and process innovations in the paint/coatings sector
  • Independently planning and conducting customer appointments
  • Conducting market monitoring and competitive analysis
  • Optimizing and further developing existing sales processes
  • Responsibility for sales and profitability
  • Participation in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training, preferably in the paint/coatings industry
  • Field sales experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Valid driving license (Class B / former Class 3)
