About the role

  • Sales Representative managing existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients in the automotive paint sector. Responsible for selling product innovations and optimizing sales processes in Schweinfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise an existing regional customer base and acquire new customers
  • Introduce, present, and sell new products and process innovations in the paint sector
  • Independently plan and conduct customer appointments
  • Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Optimize and further develop existing sales processes
  • Responsibility for revenue and profitability
  • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the paint/coatings industry
  • Field sales experience in the automotive sector is an advantage
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus, with a consistently friendly and professional demeanour
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Driving licence class B (or class 3)
