About the role

  • Team leader managing merchandise organization and staff training in the Dresden area. Leading quality control and communication with employees and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Organize merchandise shelving and stocking according to client requirements
  • Hire new employees
  • Onboard and train employees
  • Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective measures
  • Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (apprenticeship)
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and be accountable for them
  • Lead by example and strong motivational skills
  • Valid driving license (Class B; formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field service and/or people management preferred
