Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining and driving MRO sales for Hospitality accounts.
Consistent day travel in the Fort Myers to Naples territory to see customers.
Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers.
Manages sales volume with existing customers while prospecting for new ones.
Shares market insights and competitor information with relevant teams.
Collaborates with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Attends monthly business meetings and engages in local trade shows.
Requirements
Direct sales to Hospitality customers.
3 or more years business to business (B2B) sales experience.
Passion for customer service.
Organizational skills and tech-savvy.
CRM experience- Salesforce or other.
Knowledge in facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC product lines.
Experience with consultative selling/solution selling.
Able to develop call plans and proactively develop new business.
Able to learn new techniques and open to new ideas.
Must reside within the territory (Fort Myers/Naples area).
Bilingual is a plus.
