About the role

  • Field Sales Manager in paint sector developing sales strategies and managing client relationships. Conducting market analysis and training sessions for store employees in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends in the paint sector
  • Plan, prepare and actively participate in industry and customer meetings to promote business relationships
  • Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives to increase revenue and customer retention
  • Organize and conduct industry training for employees at sales outlets to further develop their skills
  • Support sales outlets by providing targeted advice and training on sales activities and pricing in the paint sector
  • Participate in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed commercial and/or technical training, preferably in the paint industry
  • Industry knowledge and sales experience, ideally in a managerial role, are an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and interpret market trends
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned area
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Valid driving license (Class B / former Class 3)
