Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones ( 10 to 20 interview schedules per week)
Prepare and manage onboarding items for new clients
Conduct and track reference checks and background checks
Support sales operations through research and task documentation
Create and manage R2B2 tasks ( screening clicks to the website)
Maintain internal data sheets and program metrics
Assign risk levels to alerts and prepare follow-ups
