About the role

  • ERP Support Specialist working with customers on ERP p/5 support. Analyzing issues, providing solutions, and collaborating with internal departments for process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Handling support tickets including analysis, prioritization and resolution
  • Assisting customers in using the ERP p/5 solution
  • Collaborating with internal departments to develop sustainable solutions
  • Identifying improvements for support and service processes
  • Supporting the optimization of handovers from consulting to support

Requirements

  • Technical understanding
  • Initial experience in ERP support or working with ERP systems
  • Subject-matter knowledge of business processes, e.g., financial accounting, materials management, asset accounting or controlling
  • Clear and service-oriented communication
  • Very good German language skills
