Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the administration, optimization and further development of clients' Windows servers and Remote Desktop Servers.
- Participate in system monitoring, incident analysis and troubleshooting.
- Provide 2nd-level support assistance.
- Implement security concepts and measures to secure cloud infrastructure.
- Assist with the introduction and integration of new Microsoft services and features.
- Handle direct communication with customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable professional experience.
- Solid experience administering Remote Desktop Servers and basic knowledge of the Windows Server environment.
- Ideally, experience with DATEV and Exchange in an administrative context.
- Enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
- Strong IT affinity and a genuine interest in new technologies.
- Professional customer manner and a strong service orientation.
- Very good German skills and good English skills.
