About the role

  • Systemadministrator responsible for managing and optimizing Windows-Servers and Remote-Desktop-Servers for clients. Involves customer communication, support, and implementation of security measures.

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the administration, optimization and further development of clients' Windows servers and Remote Desktop Servers.
  • Participate in system monitoring, incident analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Provide 2nd-level support assistance.
  • Implement security concepts and measures to secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Assist with the introduction and integration of new Microsoft services and features.
  • Handle direct communication with customers.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable professional experience.
  • Solid experience administering Remote Desktop Servers and basic knowledge of the Windows Server environment.
  • Ideally, experience with DATEV and Exchange in an administrative context.
  • Enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
  • Strong IT affinity and a genuine interest in new technologies.
  • Professional customer manner and a strong service orientation.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills.
