Responsibilities
Enter daily scale tickets into system accurately.
Ensure all tickets match sales records.
Assist with generating invoices based on ticket data.
Ability to batch edit tickets and or orders.
Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks using the scale system.
Ensure proper documentation for each load.
Communicate with drivers to confirm load detail and destinations.
Assist customer and driver with inquiries about order, tickets and scaling.
Provide pricing and product information as needed.
Maintain friendly and professional relationship with clients and vendors.
Assist processing of Cash Sales.
Maintain on site safety requirements.
Maintain records of daily transactions and reports.
Requirements
Experience in scale house operation an asset.
Experience in scale Software “Fast-Weigh” an asset.
Experience in data entry, customer service or administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and Ticketing Software as asset.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Familiarity with aggregate or construction materials is an asset.
Administrative Certificate or Diploma is an asset.
Must have own transportation to and from work.
Must be able to work alone for long periods of time.
Willing to work overtime, as required.
