About the role

  • Order Fulfilment Administrator supporting ITSS LOB in managing customer and supplier order processing. Responsible for compile billing packs, processing orders, and ensuring financial accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate activities across all ITSS LOB
  • Manage Back-to-Back customer and Supplier order processing
  • Compile billing request pack for Billing Centre of Excellence
  • Process supplier orders according to requirements
  • Ensure financial management of cost of sales
  • Obtain ETAs for purchase orders and communicate
  • Manage and verify supplier invoice

Requirements

  • NQF 4: Grade 12
  • National Diploma
  • 2 years’ experience
  • Technical Understanding
  • Microsoft Excel
