About the role
- IT Administrator maintaining ERP systems and providing 1st & 2nd level support at NewTec, a leading design house for safety-critical electronic systems.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und reibungsloser Betrieb des ERP-Systems (Conaktiv)
- Behebung von Störungen und IT-Problemen der KollegInnen über das Jira-Ticketsystem (1st Level-Support)
- Gestaltung und Optimierung der IT-Prozesse, bspw. durch Automatisierung von Abläufen und Entwickeln kleinerer Skripte
- Verantwortung für die Beschaffung der Hardware sowie Installation und Einrichtung der Arbeitsplätze
- Stärkung des 2nd-Level-Teams und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur – inklusive Netzwerk, Firewalls und Virtualisierungs-Cluster
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der IT-Richtlinien, Pflege der IT-Dokumentation und Unterstützung bei der ISO27001-Zertifizierung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Bereich, Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Administration
- Sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V und Microsoft Office 365
- Erfahrungen mit Server-Betriebssystemen Windows und Linux
- Geübt in Skriptsprachen wie PHP, HTML, Powershell oder CSS
- Analytisches Denken, Lernbereitschaft und lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
