Responsibilities
Act as technical owner for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and other business-critical SaaS platforms
Oversee platform configuration, security, user management, licensing, and vendor relationships
Serve as the company’s primary Salesforce SME
Lead Salesforce enhancement work, platform improvements, and participate in roadmap planning
Line manage two business systems specialists/administrators
Lead delivery of system changes, integrations, enhancements, migrations, and optimisation projects
Requirements
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Recent hands-on Salesforce implementation experience in a Senior or Lead capacity
Experience working with business partners and internal customers to illicit business requirements and achieve shared goals
Experience managing a small technical team
