About the role

  • Business Systems Lead overseeing Wifinity’s core SaaS platforms including Salesforce and its integrations. Leading a small team and managing technical deliverables in a scaling organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical owner for Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and other business-critical SaaS platforms
  • Oversee platform configuration, security, user management, licensing, and vendor relationships
  • Serve as the company’s primary Salesforce SME
  • Lead Salesforce enhancement work, platform improvements, and participate in roadmap planning
  • Line manage two business systems specialists/administrators
  • Lead delivery of system changes, integrations, enhancements, migrations, and optimisation projects

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Recent hands-on Salesforce implementation experience in a Senior or Lead capacity
  • Experience working with business partners and internal customers to illicit business requirements and achieve shared goals
  • Experience managing a small technical team
