Responsibilities
Driving the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or GTM organization — and the cross-functional initiatives that come with it
Owning foundational operating rhythms — monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs and KPIs, executive reporting — and evolving them as the business scales
Building out dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions
Partnering on product strategy topics including pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market for new and existing products
Using AI tools and agents as a default part of how you work — not as an experiment, but as a force multiplier
Requirements
6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance)
Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy in prioritizing what matters most
Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional consensus
Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows is a plus
Knowledge of SQL and Tableau preferred
Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS preferred
