About the role

  • Analyst for QRI Business Operations in Fidelity, assisting with workflows and strategic communications. Collaborating with various internal teams to support QRI initiatives and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the implementation of workflows to support and grow the QRI business
  • Assisting with the preparation of various communications in support of QRI strategic initiatives and business operations
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Treasurer’s Office, FFIO, Audit, Legal and other internal and external groups

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • SQL and Python preferred
  • Must be highly organized, meticulous, detail oriented and have the ability to work independently
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable in an environment of shifting priorities
  • Capacity to think strategically as well as tactically
  • Excellent judgment, issue management, and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable taking the initiative and owning the outcome
