ServiceNow Business Analyst optimizing the ServiceNow platform for Westinghouse. Acting as a liaison between partners and technical teams while ensuring compliance and alignment with goals.
Responsibilities
Be a primary liaison between partners and ServiceNow technical teams.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Translate our needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate requirement workshops, partner interviews, and user acceptance testing.
Help with process mapping, workflow design, and business process reengineering within ServiceNow modules (including ITSM, Service Portal, CSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, CMDB).
Contribute to platform upgrades, testing, and change management activities to ensure business continuity.
Provide ongoing support and training to users, including hosting workshops and documentation sessions.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience business analysis within ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
At least 3 years in a Business Analyst role supporting enterprise systems
ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
