About the role

  • ServiceNow Business Analyst optimizing the ServiceNow platform for Westinghouse. Acting as a liaison between partners and technical teams while ensuring compliance and alignment with goals.

Responsibilities

  • Be a primary liaison between partners and ServiceNow technical teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
  • Translate our needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, partner interviews, and user acceptance testing.
  • Help with process mapping, workflow design, and business process reengineering within ServiceNow modules (including ITSM, Service Portal, CSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, CMDB).
  • Contribute to platform upgrades, testing, and change management activities to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users, including hosting workshops and documentation sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience business analysis within ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
  • At least 3 years in a Business Analyst role supporting enterprise systems
  • ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
  • Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
