HR Employee Service Center Representative providing customer inquiries support for Westinghouse's mission of clean energy solutions including onboarding and benefit inquiries.
Responsibilities
Explain how to use the online HR systems, HR portal, view paystub
Investigate more complex cases
Respond to inquiries including HR procedure, health and wellness benefits, pension, and verification of employment
Support daily HR inquiries with exceptional customer service at all HR Service request channels
Perform basic HR transactional tasks by management of employee data through the SuccessFactors HR system
Initiate and support all global onboarding tasks
Guide employees through the appropriate on and offboarding policies
Help with administrative tasks and data entry
Maintain information systems, prepare appropriate documentation, and process necessary paperwork
Focus on continuous improvement through shared knowledge and lessons learned
Requirements
Excellent English: C1 minimum, read, write and speak
Experience in Customer Service required
Adaptability and attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivation and willingness to learn
Knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Service Now or other HR systems
