About the role
- HR Employee Service Center Representative providing customer inquiries support for Westinghouse's mission of clean energy solutions including onboarding and benefit inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Explain how to use the online HR systems, HR portal, view paystub
- Investigate more complex cases
- Respond to inquiries including HR procedure, health and wellness benefits, pension, and verification of employment
- Support daily HR inquiries with exceptional customer service at all HR Service request channels
- Perform basic HR transactional tasks by management of employee data through the SuccessFactors HR system
- Initiate and support all global onboarding tasks
- Guide employees through the appropriate on and offboarding policies
- Help with administrative tasks and data entry
- Maintain information systems, prepare appropriate documentation, and process necessary paperwork
- Focus on continuous improvement through shared knowledge and lessons learned
Requirements
- Excellent English: C1 minimum, read, write and speak
- Experience in Customer Service required
- Adaptability and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Service Now or other HR systems
