About the role

  • Marketing & HR Specialist supporting Dietzler Companies' marketing communications and HR operations. Coordination of marketing materials, onboarding, and staffing within a family-owned business.

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing communications/branding and assist with staffing and onboarding.
  • Coordinate digital and print collateral, events materials, and light marketing analytics.
  • Partner with HR on postings, screening, background checks, onboarding paperwork, and orientation.
  • Gather and analyze data and trends, customer preferences and use the insights for company effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or HR is preferable within a small company (less than 150 employees).
  • Experience in the construction and/or mining industry is preferred.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Software usage with Content Management Systems (CMS), email marketing tools, graphic design applications (i.e., Canva).
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects (Northern Colorado or Southeastern Wyoming) and other company locations to perform occasional onsite duties.
