Responsibilities
Build trust and long-term relationships with key clients across the region.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SAP solutions and services.
Understand customer needs and propose tailored SAP solutions that solve real business challenges.
Manage and grow the sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.
Drive growth with existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling.
Engage in consultative selling turning business challenges into IT-enabled opportunities.
Collaborate with internal practice leaders to deliver customer success.
Serve as the single point of contact for operational matters (e.g AR, SOW).
Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of proven sales or key account management experience in SAP technology, handling mid to large accounts.
Strong track record working in Southeast Asia markets, with a deep understanding of regional culture and business.
Experience managing CXO-level relationships with strong business acumen.
Established SAP alliance relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills across all levels.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (MS CRM preferred).
Background in SAP Supply Chain services is an advantage.
Willingness to travel as needed for key meetings with internal teams or clients.
