Responsibilities
In your mandatory internship at WEROCK, you will work on exciting B2B acquisition projects, develop audience-targeted email campaigns, and learn how modern sales and business development operate.
You will identify potential new customers and determine who is the right fit for us.
You will craft concise, effective email copy that hits the mark—tailored to the customer’s industry and needs.
You will plan smart follow-up strategies so that no promising contact is lost.
You will create and send email campaigns and automations.
You will segment target audiences to ensure each message reaches the right recipients.
You will track the success of your activities and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
You are studying Business, Marketing, Sales, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree — or are completing a commercial apprenticeship/training with a focus on Sales/Business Development.
Sustainability is not just a buzzword for you but a genuine priority.
Language is your tool — you know how to formulate messages that resonate and stick.
You work in a structured manner, keep an overview, and approach tasks proactively.
You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
Two languages, one style — you are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken; you will regularly use both in our international environment.
You are eager to learn and to actively contribute your ideas.
