Requirements

  • Come from agency recruitment with a proven track record of sales performance
  • Know how to generate your own pipeline
  • Understand the levers of a great BD conversation
  • Comfortable navigating a mix of warm, lapsed and cold opportunities
  • Likeable and credible
  • Commercially curious with a genuine interest in how businesses work
  • Disciplined in follow-up and action management
  • Adaptable, quick to learn new markets and confident in new conversations
