About the role

  • Junior Key Account Manager at Werkia optimizing recruitment in SHK and electrical trades. Building client relationships and enhancing recruiting processes remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted client relationships – You are the primary contact for our skilled trades partners, maintaining long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for development.
  • Help shape recruiting – You support partner companies from the first job advertisement through to the successful placement of skilled workers.
  • Matchmaker for the trades – You facilitate negotiations between companies and candidates and ensure the best outcome for both sides.
  • Cross-selling & account management – You strategically develop your accounts and spot opportunities for additional services.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies – Together with your partners you optimise job postings and processes to achieve better results.
  • Regular communication – You conduct feedback meetings, secure customer satisfaction and identify challenges early.
  • Data-driven work – You analyse the performance of your accounts and use insights for continuous process improvement.
  • Efficient collaboration – You work closely with our candidate team to ensure candidates and companies are matched optimally.

  • Strong communication – You can engage confidently with decision-makers by email, call or in person.

  • German at C2 level – Proven by your CV or relevant certificates.
