About the role

  • Junior Key Account Manager supporting and developing European distributors and key accounts for a well-known German brand. Collaborating across departments for market expansion and attending international events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop our European distributors and key accounts
  • Support annual review meetings, price negotiations and assortment strategies
  • Analyze sales, margin and performance KPIs by country
  • Prepare price lists, costings and sales materials
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics and marketing
  • Support market entries into new European countries
  • Prepare and accompany international trade shows and customer meetings

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, International Management, Sales or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in sales or key account management preferred
  • Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Excellent English skills (additional languages advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
