Responsibilities
Manage and develop our European distributors and key accounts
Support annual review meetings, price negotiations and assortment strategies
Analyze sales, margin and performance KPIs by country
Prepare price lists, costings and sales materials
Work closely with procurement, logistics and marketing
Support market entries into new European countries
Prepare and accompany international trade shows and customer meetings
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, International Management, Sales or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in sales or key account management preferred
Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking
Advanced Excel skills
Structured, independent working style
Excellent English skills (additional languages advantageous)
Willingness to travel within Europe
