Territory Manager handling electrophysiology sales in Nord-West Germany. Responsible for customer acquisition and strategic planning within the designated region, engaging with healthcare stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and provide strategic support to key accounts.
Take strategic responsibility for the territory and coordinate closely with the regional Sales Manager and the clinical team.
Revenue responsibility for the assigned territory in line with the business plan.
Conduct territory analysis and develop strategic territory plans.
Stakeholder management and close collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing teams as well as the regional leadership team.
Participate in trade shows and congresses and attend local symposia.
Complete administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration (BBA/BA) or equivalent.
Ideally, initial experience in the healthcare industry.
Strong affinity for conceptual work and good analytical skills.
Excellent networking skills and a strong can-do attitude.
Excellent team and communication skills.
Flexible, motivated, and keen to pursue further development.
Willingness to work in the field with a high travel ratio (minimum 80%).
Fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
