Responsibilities
Support the client onboarding process to ensure smooth and timely setup
Assist with day-to-day client administrative tasks and account maintenance
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams
Support the Onboarding Specialist with backend setup across Meta, TikTok, Google, and native advertising platforms
Assist in setting up internal systems for new customers
Coordinate API integrations with relevant teams
Prepare regular performance reporting summaries for new and existing clients
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies
Support general campaign maintenance and optimization tasks
Requirements
A native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Holds strong attention to detail

Can work independently; can handle deadlines and juggle multiple tasks
