About the role

  • International Resourcing Partner Manager building global service partner network for Computacenter. Collaborating with international teams to align partner capabilities with strategic growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an international network of service partners.
  • Work closely with international proposal and sales teams to understand current and future customer needs and assess which partners deliver the best value — or whether new partners need to be engaged.
  • Cooperate with colleagues in Partner and Resource Management to ensure the right skills and capacity for high-quality customer projects.
  • When new partners are required, conduct market analyses, tendering and selection processes to identify suitable and competitive providers.
  • Develop and evaluate cost models, pricing structures and commercial frameworks to support proposal processes and create mutual value.
  • Define pricing and cost strategies that mitigate risk, meet contractual requirements and enable commercially successful project delivery.
  • Maintain global pricing structures and tools — taking into account indexation, exchange rates and local statutory requirements.
  • Own partner contracts, ensure legal compliance and protect Computacenter and our customers.
  • Continuously assess whether partners meet quality, compliance and sustainability standards.
  • Build trusted relationships with our partner organisations and ensure close alignment with our strategic goals and customer requirements.
  • Ensure our values are lived day-to-day and that consistent high service quality is maintained.
  • Manage partner performance through active risk management, dispute resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally to leverage corporate synergies and govern partner collaborations through the appropriate channels.
  • Translate customer requirements into partner capabilities to drive profitable growth.
  • Contribute to the design of proposals, campaigns and tenders, ensuring partner services are integrated effectively.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing international partners or suppliers — ideally within the IT services environment.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in price negotiations.
  • Sound knowledge of contract management, audit processes and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong relationship and negotiation skills — including at executive level, both internally and externally.
  • International work experience and intercultural competence, with an understanding of global business models.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to build and successfully manage complex partner networks.
